These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FounderFi (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use FounderFi. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to access data that is not yours, or circumvent security or access controls
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Service provided “as is”
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or insight is accurate or complete.

FounderFi provides educational information and tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderFi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
